Kiddies
For every photo you see on this blog there are dozens that don't quite make it, not everything is perfect here but sometimes it's fun seeing the story the other pictures tell (usually at the expense of the kiddies).
Anna does tend to be a good sport about photos when she isn't always as willing to take a picture.
By the way, today is Anna's "picture day", it will be her first time to get a sitting pose taken at school. I can't wait to see the photos when they are ready.

I Love Books
"...Ok, so the crayon strokes should go in a similiar direction, and I notice that one should stay within the lines... interesting choice of color... and what is this contraption this man has in his hand, the horse looks like he wants to tackle him... hmm... interesting..."
"I wonder where I can get myself a crayon, Anna missed a spot here. Maybe in that messy room of hers. I'll have to think of a way to run over there when no one is looking. What... hey, you looking at me again? You're ruining my train of thought, can't I have a moment to myself for once?!"
"Ok, a quick smile for the camera, but then can you leave? I'm very busy!"

Beauty
Anna is at such an interesting stage, she's active, talkative, friendly, serious, fun, and sensitive as well. I can't help but think she got her emotional side from me and hope she can continue to be well-adjusted later on in life... see, me worrying again. Fortunately she has a Goeller-sense of humor without even knowing it. I had told her a while ago I envied her wavy hair. Then yesterday after I got out of the shower, my hair wet and frazzled and messy, Anna spied my hair and said, "Mom, your dreams came true! Your hair is curly!"

Who's Goofy?
The camera is working again, and even though we didn't find the cord, Steve purchased this $8.00 mediaGear device which looks like a flashdrive but you insert the camera memory card inside it and you can transfer photos in a snap. Technology is amazing. By the way, this photo is taken from a few weeks ago during our anniversary outing to Disneyland. In the background is a huge mosaic of castmembers' faces, which then makes an enormous picture of Steamboat Willie. Anna's photo is in it a few times but tiny tiny tiny... still haven't spotted them yet.

Flashback
Well, it has finally happened, our little Kodak camera, bought at Target more than two years ago on a Target special, has broken, the lens shield won't open. So we're hoping to buy some Costco special in the next few days. Plus we haven't tracked down a cord to download new images, so I leave with you one of the first photos we took on our Kodak in 2003, little Anna angel in her Halloween costume. What a cutie!

Nemo
I have some cute pictures in the camera but can't locate the cord that connects it to the computer... so here's one from a couple of weeks ago. Remember the submarine ride at Disneyland? Well, it hasn't been running for a long time. Now they are making it into a Nemo ride, "resurfacing" in a couple of years. Won't that be fun!
