Japan! April 19 Part 4 - Kiyomizudera

Kiyomizudera is another Buddhist temple I visited during my high school trip to Japan. The main building extends from the mountainside and offers amazing views of the city. I remember sitting there with my grandmother many years ago, this day it was filled with many, many students.

I loved exploring Kyoto. Even walking through streets and not always knowing exactly where I was going, I always felt safe and enjoyed coming across places I hadn't intended on. Kyoto is a wonderful mix of the old and the new.
