Japan! Day 9, Part 1 : Morioka Station

We said goodbye to Junko's family, and Junko dropped us off at Morioka Station, where we would board a Shinkansen to Utsunomiya Station. At the station the kids enjoyed treats from Mister Donuts, a very popular chain in Japan. Look at that jelly-topped creation! I chose to have a deluxe uni bento for the train ride. We were able to see two Shinkansen being connected end-to-end for a journey, even the Japanese had their cameras out.
