Seattle, Part 4/10: Ride the Ducks Tour

On Wednesday we woke up bright and early for our Duck Boat tour of the city, 60 minutes on land, 30 minutes in the water, all in the same vehicle!

Anna and Sam couldn't contain their excitement, and were acting especially sweet to one another.

And we're off! Our tour guide, "Captain Cody", had the music cranking and tons of Seattle trivia to entertain us on this overcast day, here's the Seattle Aquarium...

Then going downtown while passing the Sunken Ship parking garage on Pioneer Square.

Driving through the neighborhood...

Splash! Into Lake Union.

Sailboats and houseboats in the water, and apartments nestled up above...

Downtown Seattle to the left and the Space Needle to the right.

Floating houses, permanently docked.

Heading back to where we started the tour.

Whew! That was an action-filled tour that went by too quickly!

(When asked what was their favorite part of the Seattle trip was, both kids answered, "The Duck Boat!")
