Japan! April 15 Part 3 - Hie Jinja

During the Takayama Festival, we saw a parade near Uncle Koichi's work. Each of these smaller processions wears traditional clothing and performs music for good luck. These various groups visit different areas of town and then congregate at Hie Jinja for a special ceremony.  We were fortunate to have a special close-up of this parade as well as the shrine.
