Japan! April 13 - Arrive in Nagoya

We took a connecting flight from Tokyo to Nagoya, which brought us much closer to my aunt and uncle's home in Takayama, for the following day we would catch the annual Takayama Festival. My Aunt Kanchan met us at the Nagoya Airport Thursday evening, and we stayed at the Centrair Hotel. It was a short walk from the baggage claim area to the hotel lobby, so conveniently located. On the way to checking in, we picked up some bentos and nigiri for a yummy dinner. This was the first of many times that I would say, "The rice here is so good!"
