Road Trip! Day 4 Part 1 - Hi, Eugene!

The next day we drove from Ashland to Eugene. We made very good time and decided to drive directly to "TrackTown, USA", where we found an excellent parking spot next to all the action. Since the gates didn't open until later that afternoon, we strolled around the University of Oregon, which is a gorgeous campus with lots of winding paths, tall trees and very pretty buildings. We ate at the nearby Original Pancake House, where we saw some Olympic athletes getting their meals as well. There were buildings and vehicles decorated with images of Olympic athletes to get us even more excited for the day.
