El Dorado Nature Center

Last weekend we went to the El Dorado Nature Center in Long Beach. It's really a hidden treasure nestled amongst the city, complete with two miles of dirt trails, wildlife, wildflowers, bridges, tree tunnels and so on. Another surprise was the visitor's center complete with interactive activities for the kids. (Steve and I love looking out for educational destinations.)
