"Anna, what is your favorite place?"
"Disneyland and Ralphs (the supermarket)."
To encourage Anna to brush her teeth daily, I told her about a boy who has two front teeth that are silver because of cavities (no joke, this first grader was my student a few years ago).
Anna then asked, "Why don't he love himself?"
When we leave for work/school, Anna says, "When you are sad just think of me."

she has so much access to sugary foods at those places
THEREFORE
Mommy told her about that boy with silver front teeth (as you guessed, I am that boy)
AS A RESULT
Anna says, "When you are sad just think of me [brushing my teeth and avoiding silver caps like Dad]"
Interesting outfit. It makes up for all the lost time from wearing red everyday for a year.
I love Anna's fashion sense! That outfit would go great with my purple hair!
