One day Anna spontaneously flopped herself on the floor and started moving her arms around in different angles... then she said, "This is yoga." Here's one of her yoga poses.
Breath, one, two, three, and stretch, one, two, three. We'll have to do some "yoga" together. (Some of the stretches I have been doing in PT are like yoga stretches.)

I love her version of "yoga". It makes me laugh everytime I see it.
